No — it is a flat platform fee applied equally to all dealers.
What exactly is the R1,500 for?
It is a flat fee for the introduction itself — unlocking the seller's direct contact details once the seller accepts your bid. It is not a commission on the sale and is not contingent on the sale being concluded. Once the introduction is made, the fee has been earned.
Is the R1,500 refundable?
The introduction fee is not refundable in cash. Where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy, it is issued as account credit toward a future introduction fee only. MotoBidz never refunds cash and never holds the purchase price.
Do sellers pay anything at all?
Never. Listing, accepting, declining, relisting — all free for sellers always.
