4. Required Documents

All 5 documents are required for verification. Clear, legible scans or photos only. Max 10MB each. PDF, JPG, or PNG accepted.

Motor Dealer Licence (MDL) — Proof

Clear photo or scan of your current valid MDL certificate.

Director's ID Document

ID of the dealership director (front and back, combined into one file).

Authorised Bidder's ID Document

ID of the person who will place bids (Section 3 above).

Proof of Address (Dealership)

Utility bill, lease, or municipal account, not older than 3 months, showing the dealership address.

CIPC COR 14.3 Document

Most recent CIPC company doc showing current directors. Available from your CIPC portal.

5. Terms & Submission

Free to join. You only pay R 1,500 when you WIN and the seller accepts. No monthly fees. No surprise charges. By submitting, you agree to honour all winning bids placed under this account.
